BACTRA ships orders from Belgium.

Delivery destinations

We currently deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates

Belgium — Standard tracked shipping: €7
Belgium — Express shipping: €11
Belgium — Free shipping: may be available on qualifying orders and will appear automatically at checkout
Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland and United Kingdom — Tracked shipping: €17

The shipping methods and total cost available for an order are confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been accepted. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available and begin after dispatch. These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier.

United Kingdom orders

Orders sent to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges, depending on the order and the rules that apply when it enters the country. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the BACTRA shipping price and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible when an address is incorrect. An address cannot always be changed after dispatch, and additional carrier charges may apply when a parcel is returned or redirected.

Missing or damaged parcels

When a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the parcel and garment and contact us promptly. For delayed or missing parcels, email us with your order number so that we can review the tracking information and contact the carrier where appropriate.
