These terms apply to purchases made through the BACTRA online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

About BACTRA

BACTRA operates an online fashion store from Belgium. Customer support is available by email at rhcollection124@gmail.com.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph every garment accurately. Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Product descriptions state what is included, the material, main colours and available sizes. Detailed garment measurements will be added when available.

Silk, embroidery, mirrorwork and printed details can have small variations. These normal variations are not necessarily defects. Availability is limited and an item is not reserved until checkout is completed.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not always mean the order has been accepted. BACTRA may decline or cancel an order when payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, the price or product information contains a clear error, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless another currency is displayed by Shopify. The total price, shipping costs and any available discounts are shown before payment. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

BACTRA currently ships to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates, delivery restrictions and available methods are explained on the Shipping Information page and confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Eligible cancellations, returns, faulty goods and refunds are handled according to the Returns and Refunds policy and the mandatory laws that apply to the purchase.

Care and use

Customers should follow the care guidance on the product page. Professional dry cleaning is recommended for the current collection. BACTRA is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, alterations, misuse or failure to follow care instructions, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Website use and intellectual property

The BACTRA name, logo, product photography, written content and website design may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where the law allows it. Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

Liability

BACTRA does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, BACTRA is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was made, or for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and the right to use the courts or dispute mechanisms available to them under applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order, unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
