BACTRA operates this online store from Belgium. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit the store, contact us or place an order.

Payment information: payment status and transaction details. Payments are handled by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout; BACTRA does not normally receive the complete payment-card number.
Account information: login details, preferences and saved information when customer accounts are used.
Communications: messages, return requests, reviews and customer-support information.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device identifiers, cookie data and information about how the store is used.

Why we use personal information

We use personal information to operate the store, process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet accounting and legal obligations, improve the website and, where permission or another lawful basis exists, send marketing or measure advertising performance.

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide the ecommerce platform, checkout, security and related services. Shopify and its service providers may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area under appropriate legal safeguards.
